Challenges with our global supply chain are creating varying shipping delays due to the varying stock levels; we are experiencing lead times from one week up to a few months for items temporarily out of stock with some of our suppliers.

If you are happy to wait for your item, you can add it to your cart then we'll charge your credit card and ship it to you as soon as it's available. We will always do everything to ensure delivery is within the shortest possible timeframe.

Curbside Pickup
Items in stock at our brick & mortar location will be available for pickup within 2 hours of order placement. Please note that the cut-off time is 3 pm for same-day pickup. When placing your order after 3 pm, we cannot guarantee same-day service, and your order will be ready the following day when we reopen.

Please bring your confirmation # or email with a valid piece of ID to collect your purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store will include further instructions for managing your pickup in the confirmation email.

In-Store Availability
In-stock products on our website are available for immediate purchase and at [ah-bohd] Home Store. Select lighting, furniture and rugs are also available in-store for immediate purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store has constantly evolving vignettes with an exclusive collection of products at our brick & mortar location.

Many large-scale items on ah-bohd.ca may be available for viewing in our showroom and are considered floor models, yet do not show stock availability on our website. Many of our floor models are not for immediate purchase from the floor but suppose you see a floor model you like; we will be happy to order you a new one.

Alternatively, we offer floor model sales randomly throughout the year, where you can pick up that favourite find for a great deal.

You can contact us ahead of time to inquire about the availability of an object on our showroom floor for purchase or viewing.

ah-bohd Home Store wishes to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Processing and packaging your in-stock items quickly and efficiently is our goal. We aim to ship each in-stock item within one business day of order placement.

For items that are currently not in stock and tagged as a preorder, you will be notified with a stock date, and we will ship the item(s) within one business day of receiving the item at ah-bohd Home Store from our supplier.

Currently, we only offer to ship within Canada. Free local pick-up is available for all our in-stock products, and we offer free local white glove delivery within our delivery radius. We will be happy to quote delivery outside our free delivery radius at sales@ah-bohd.ca.
