Clean spills, including water, immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Avoid exposure to all liquids. An appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect to shed. Use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, put it on low. Vacuum the entire rug length, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Challenges with our global supply chain are creating varying shipping delays due to the varying stock levels; we are experiencing lead times from one week up to a few months for items temporarily out of stock with some of our suppliers.

If you are happy to wait for your item, you can add it to your cart then we'll charge your credit card and ship it to you as soon as it's available. We will always do everything to ensure delivery is within the shortest possible timeframe.

Curbside Pickup
Items in stock at our brick & mortar location will be available for pickup within 2 hours of order placement. Please note that the cut-off time is 3 pm for same-day pickup. When placing your order after 3 pm, we cannot guarantee same-day service, and your order will be ready the following day when we reopen.

Please bring your confirmation # or email with a valid piece of ID to collect your purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store will include further instructions for managing your pickup in the confirmation email.

In-Store Availability
In-stock products on our website are available for immediate purchase and at [ah-bohd] Home Store. Select lighting, furniture and rugs are also available in-store for immediate purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store has constantly evolving vignettes with an exclusive collection of products at our brick & mortar location.

Many large-scale items on ah-bohd.ca may be available for viewing in our showroom and are considered floor models, yet do not show stock availability on our website. Many of our floor models are not for immediate purchase from the floor but suppose you see a floor model you like; we will be happy to order you a new one.

Alternatively, we offer floor model sales randomly throughout the year, where you can pick up that favourite find for a great deal.

You can contact us ahead of time to inquire about the availability of an object on our showroom floor for purchase or viewing.
