At the turn of the century, our little Big Island (she's just five miles long and two miles wide) boasted its crops of tomatoes to make the region the centre of the canning industry in Canada until the 1950s
This is a 'true to life' freshly crushed tomato leaf from the garden aroma. Notes of just-plucked, green tomato leave blend with hints of lemon peel and fresh summer herbs. A base of green leaves and moss intensifies the earthiness of the fragrance and truly brings the outdoors in.
