NOTE: Please note that if you have items in your cart that are eligible for different shipping or delivery options, your cart will default to one of the available options. If you wish to have an item eligible for shipping shipped, you will have to create individual carts to make this happen. Almost all items are available for free in-store pick up at ah-bohd Home Store.

Preorder Availability & Shipping 

Please allow an estimated 2-6 weeks for shipping of 'Preorder' in-stock items from our suppliers. 

Challenges with our global supply chain are creating varying shipping delays due to the varying stock levels; we are experiencing lead times from one week up to a few months for items temporarily out of stock with some of our suppliers.

If you are happy to wait for your item, you can add it to your cart then we'll charge your credit card and ship it to you as soon as it's available. We will always keep you informed about expected delivery dates or unexpected delays throughout the fulfillment process. For specific availability information, please email sales@ah-bohd.ca.

Alternatively, if you have a specific timeline, we ask you to reach out to us before placing your order.  

We will always do everything to ensure delivery is within the shortest possible timeframe. 

*Please note that you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund if the timescale does not fit your schedule. Twenty-four hours after placing your order, we cannot revoke or refund your purchase even if we experience additional unexpected delays.
