  1. Hold the stick downward at an angle
  2. Light the tip, then blow out the flame to let it smolder
  3. Allow the smoke to drift around your body, space, or objects
  4. When finished, place in a fireproof bowl and extinguish in sand

Most in-stock items at our brick-and-mortar location will be available for pickup within 4 hours of order placement. Please note that the cut-off time for same-day pickup is 3 p.m. When placing your order after 3 p.m., we cannot guarantee same-day service, and your order will be ready the following day when we reopen.

Please bring your confirmation # or email with a valid piece of ID to collect your purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store will include further instructions for managing your pickup in the confirmation email.

Once you receive notification that your item(s) are ready, please collect your order within 7 business days. After this time, a weekly storage fee may apply.
