Designs that are temporarily out of stock
If you are happy to wait for your item, you can add it to your cart then we'll charge your credit card and ship it to you as soon as it's available (Typically 1 to 8 weeks). We will always keep you informed about expected delivery dates or unexpected delays throughout the fulfillment process. For specific availability information, please email sales@ah-bohd.ca.

Alternatively, if you have a specific timeline, we ask you to reach out to us before placing your order.

We will always do everything to ensure delivery is within the shortest possible timeframe.
In-store & Curbside Pick-up

Curbside Pickup

Most in-stock items at our brick-and-mortar location will be available for pickup within 4 hours of order placement. Please note that the cut-off time for same-day pickup is 3 p.m. When placing your order after 3 p.m., we cannot guarantee same-day service, and your order will be ready the following day when we reopen.

Please bring your confirmation # or email with a valid piece of ID to collect your purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store will include further instructions for managing your pickup in the confirmation email.

Once you receive notification that your item(s) are ready, please collect your order within 7 business days. After this time, a weekly storage fee may apply.
