These statues are crafted from sandstone by Sumban artisans and are sourced from the Indonesian Island of Sumba. They create a unique aesthetic or can be arranged in a pattern to make a bold visual statement.

Historically, Sumban villages have placed figures like these at the entrance of a hut to provide its inhabitants with protection and healing.

Hand carved. Each statue is unique. No two figures are precisely the same.

Curbside Pickup

Most in-stock items at our brick-and-mortar location will be available for pickup within 4 hours of order placement. Please note that the cut-off time for same-day pickup is 3 p.m. When placing your order after 3 p.m., we cannot guarantee same-day service, and your order will be ready the following day when we reopen.

Please bring your confirmation # or email with a valid piece of ID to collect your purchase. [ ah-bohd ] Home Store will include further instructions for managing your pickup in the confirmation email.

Many of our floor models are only for limited time purchase from the floor, but if you see a floor model you like, we will be happy to order you a new one. 

Alternatively, we offer floor model sales randomly throughout the year, where you can pick up that favourite find for a great deal.
